💵HOW IS NFTS HOLDERS' PROFIT CALCULATED?

You invest in a real estate project conducted by NFE in the amount of $1000 for a villa valued at $1,000,000 at the time of your investment. You will receive NFT to prove you own 1/1000 of the villa. After the villa is sold at a market price of $ 1,100,000 generating a profit of $ 100,000 (10%) you will be entitled to claim a profit for the investment of that villa.

% Holders Profit = The value of the villa sold/ the value of the villa at the time of investment As per example: $1,100,000 / $1,000,000 = 10%

So you get a profit range of $100 and you can claim $1,100 (including initial investment).
